Though getting eliminated in the second round of the playoffs after finishing as a state runner-up in 2023, the 2024 Bradford High School Tornadoes still had a solid season, going 10-2. Both losses were to the same opponent — Newberry.
It was another season in which the defense was stout, with the Tornadoes shutting out four opponents and allowing double-digit points to only three teams: Dunnellon, Mandarin and Newberry (twice).
The offense scored at least 28 points in seven games and 40 or more points in four games. Bradford was held to single digits in points just once.
With the 2025 season approaching, the Telegraph-Times-Monitor takes a look at last year’s results and some of the numbers associated with the season.
