Keystone Heights High school lost to Branford in girls golf on Sept. 23, but got a second-place finish from Aubrey Brooks.
The Indians had a team score of 233 to finish behind Branford’s 199 at Lake City’s Quail Heights Country Club.
Brooks had a birdie and made par on 10 holes. Her score of 49 left her 10 strokes behind Branford’s Claire Bond, who was medalist.
Amber Wagner, who had a birdie, and Zoey Gill placed sixth and seventh, respectively, with scores of 59 and 62. Rebecca Binet shot an eighth-place score of 63, while Jillian Huntley had a 10th-place score of 67.
Averi Hemphill shot a 73 to finish in a two-way tie for 12th.
