Monday power outage leaves over 8,000 without electricity
BY JENN SAMSEL Special to the Monitor Clay Electric Cooperative said an equipment failure tripped a circuit breaker, leaving around 8,500 customers in several counties without power for around 20 minutes. The Monday, April 7, 10:20 a.m. outage blacked out the City of Keystone Heights and the surrounding area for nearly half an hour.
