STARKE— The State Attorney’s Office filed case action reports of no prosecution for four defendants facing misdemeanor counts.

Neftaly Guevara Alacron, 27, Milthon Castillo Euceda, 26, and Terrence McClendon, 41, all had pending driver’s license violations.

Dustin Alan Frazier, 33, successfully graduated from mental health court.

Frazier was arrested on Sept. 11, 2022, after breaking into a Hampton Lake Airbnb with two renters inside.

According to the victims, Frazier knocked on the door on two separate occasions, looking for the property manager, who was not in the residence.

The following morning, one of the renters awoke to find the defendant in the home’s living room, wearing a pair of the victim’s shorts and uttering incoherent statements.

The victim retrieved his firearm and ordered Frazier to leave.

Deputies later found the defendant walking near Hampton’s Sunoco gas station.
