STARKE— The State Attorney’s Office announced it had dropped misdemeanor charges against eight defendants on June 6.
Edward Lincoln Davis, 47, Rachel Gonzalez Garcia, 36, Dianna Renee Hankerson, 49, Debra Lynn Julius, 60, Luis Lopez-Parra, 42, and Traci Denise Mays, 29, all had pending charges related to driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license or driving without a valid license.
Prosecutors also dropped charges against Daniel Powers Sadler Jr., 25, who was cited on April 10 for attaching a tag not assigned, and Ashley Nicole Eden Stone, 29, who was cited on March 28 for leaving the scene of an accident with property damage more than $50 without giving information.
