According to a sworn complaint, Miller’s cousin, a Lawtey resident accused the defendant of stealing the cousin’s van.

The victim told a Bradford deputy that Miller drove the van for the cousin and said she left the keys at the cousin’s residence.  The vehicle later went missing.

Wood was accused by a Starke retailer in 2017 of renting a washer and dryer valued at $2,019, falling behind on payments and failing to return the items.
