STARKE—A concrete plant still under construction across the street from Bradford Elementary School has been sold to a Georgia company.
Taylor Concrete Construction Inc. of Starke conveyed the 9-acre parcel to 144 Holding LLC in November for $650,000. The transaction was financed by the seller holding a mortgage note on the property.
The buyer’s principal, Randy Jones, started a precast concrete business near Savanah, Georgia in 1999 and sold the business 16 years later.
