KEYSTONE HEIGHTS—A traffic crash near Lake Hill Baptist Church left two Lake Region residents dead on Friday, Dec. 23.
The Florida Highway Patrol said the head-on collision occurred around 2:40 p.m. when a sedan carrying an 18-year-old man and 20-year-old female crossed the center line of County Road 214 at a curve.
The eastbound car struck an oncoming vehicle. Two occupants of the westbound car were transported to a hospital with serious injuries.
