KEYSTONE HEIGHTS— The Garden Club of the Lakes recently awarded its Yard of the Month Award for December 2022 to Keith and Patricia Hatch, Broker/Owner of Hatch Realty Services in Keystone Heights.
The property is also the Home of Center Cross Ministries and Sheer Creations hair salon.
After purchasing the building, Keith and Patricia made improvements to the exterior, remodeled the interior, and improved the large corner lot that serves as an excellent location for many events.
However, it’s their Christmas decor that lights up this business location with a gorgeous festive feel.
From their Santa mailbox to the greenery around the door, signage, and second story of the building, this property is really beautiful, especially in the evening with the Christmas lights.
