Griffin leads KHHS at Florida Horse Park Invitational

Keystone Heights High School’s Tyler Griffin placed 98th out of 350 at the ninth annual Florida Horse Park Cross Country Invitational on Sept. 3 in Ocala.

Griffin ran the varsity boys race in 17:55.

Also competing in the race were Jaden Park (21:32), Shepherd Rozier (22:30), Anthony Peak (22:31), Josiah Durrenberger (24:58) and Liam Callahan (25:02).

Keystone had the following take part in the varsity girls race: Olivia Griffin (25:52), Alexis Taylor (28:39), Ella Hutchins (32:36), Kendall Gagnon (34:57) and Shaylyn Williams (40:49).

Clara Beth Robinson competed in the middle school girls race, which was 3,000 meters instead of 5,000 meters. She finished with a time of 20:26.
