Keystone Heights High School picked up a boys basketball win after the Christmas break against Stanton Prep, but the Indians have since lost four straight to fall to 3-13 on the season.
The Indians hosted Stanton on Jan. 5, getting a double-double from Cooper Barry in a 56-32. Barry had 15 points and 10 rebounds, while also coming away with four steals.
Dereon Tochterman scored 10 points, while Keystone also got eight from Destin Harnage, seven from Donald Hill, five from Brandon McClure, four each from Luke Bacorn and Zane Leger, two from Will Begue and one from Rylan Bell.
Bacorn grabbed seven rebounds, while Harnage and McClure each had six.
The Indians lost 52-37 to visiting Crescent City on Jan. 6, getting 17 points and seven rebounds from Barry. Tochterman had six points, while Hill and Leger had five and four, respectively. Bell had three points, while Harnage added two.
Hill and Tochterman each had eight rebounds.
On Jan. 9, Keystone lost 52-39 to host Baldwin. Barry and Tochterman scored 12 and 11 points, respectively, while Will Begue had eight. Harnage and McClure each added three points, while Parker Pescara had two.
Barry and Hill had seven and six rebounds, respectively.
Keystone got 12 points from Barry in a 72-37 loss to host Duval Charter on Jan. 13. Also scoring were Tochterman with eight points, Baylor Ford with six points, Leger with four points, Begue with three points, McClure with two points and Harnage with one point.
On Jan. 16, Keystone got 16 points, 12 rebounds and four blocked shots from Barry, but lost 75-65 to host Palatka on Jan. 16.
Tochterman scored 14 points, while Bacorn and Harnage scored nine and eight, respectively. The Indians also got seven each from Ford and McClure and two from Leger.
Keystone will play at Crescent City on Wednesday, Jan. 21, at 7:30 p.m. and will host Interlachen on Friday, Jan. 23, at 7:30 p.m. The Indians travel to play Stanton Prep on Tuesday, Jan. 27, at 6 p.m.
