KEYSTONE HEIGHTS—The City of Keystone Heights is seeking bids to upgrade Beam Lane, Beasley Lane, Citrus Avenue, and Naha Street.

Bids on the projects are due on Dec. 20, and the city said contractor selection will not be solely based on the lowest bid.

“Other factors determining the final selection will be based on previous work history with the City of Keystone and performance of said work history,” the city said.

The roadwork consists of replacing asphalt on all four roads. The work on Beasley Lane also includes constructing a new roadside swale and valley gutter along a portion of the lane.
