KEYSTONE HEIGHTS — Kyle Ploe, 29, was arrested by Clay deputies on Friday, July 15 for attempted second-degree murder after witnesses said he attacked a victim with an ax.
Clay County Fire Rescue reported that it transported the victim to a hospital with serious injuries.
Deputies said the victim and defendant knew each other. The incident occurred near Keystone Heights High School.
