KHHS and Bell play to 3-3 tie in boys soccer

Skylar Kedgley scored two goals as the Keystone Heights High School boys soccer team settled for a 3-3 tie against host Bell, which entered the match having won four straight.

Logan Spence scored a goal and had an assist, while the Indians also got an assist each from Bryce Huntley and Aaron Wiley.

Keystone (5-3-2) entered the match off a 6-1 loss against District 4-3A opponent Williston on Dec. 13 in Williston. Spence scored the lone goal off a Wiley assist.

The Indians are now 1-1-1 against district competition.

Williston improved to 9-1-1.

The Indians return to action on Tuesday, Jan. 3, in a road match against Baker County at 7 p.m. Keystone travels to play district opponent Interlachen on Thursday, Jan. 5, at 6 p.m. before hosting Williston on Friday, Jan. 6, at 7:15 p.m.

Keystone plays home matches against Crescent City on Monday, Jan. 9, at 7 p.m. and district opponent Fort White on Tuesday, Jan. 10, at 7:20 p.m.
