Keystone Heights High School track-and-field athletes participated in the Bob Hayes Invitational on March 15 at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville.
Olivia Griffin participated in two events on the girls side, running the 400m in 1:03 and the 800m in 2:44.
Melody Tyre ran 2:58 in the 800m and also competed in the 1600m, finishing with a time of 6:39.
Xana Briley had a distance of 69-6 in the girls javelin, while Keystone’s 4x100m girls relay team ran a time of 54.79.
On the boys side, Hunter Sheppard ran a time of 5:08 in the 1600m, while Jamari Turner and De’Shawn Williams competed in the 110m hurdles and 400m hurdles, respectively. Turner had a time of 22.23 in his event, while Williams had a time of 1:17.
Luke Lewis also competed for the boys, recording a distance of 110-9 in the javelin.
