KHHS girls fall to Columbia, Buchholz

Keystone Heights High School placed third against Class 2A Columbia and 3A Buchholz in a girls golf match on Sept. 27 in Lake City.

The Class 1A Indians had a team score of 213. Host Columbia won the match with a score of 156, while Buchholz had a score of 168.

Candace Jackson and M.J. Rivera earned top-10 individual finishes for Keystone. Jackson, who made par on three holes, was seventh with a score of 43, while Rivera, who made par on four holes, shot a ninth-place score of 46.

Rexi Lewis, who made par on one hole, and Mia Rivera placed 14th and 16th, respectively, with scores of 60 and 64.
