KHHS wins boys golf match in Palatka

Keystone Heights High School took five of the top six individual spots in defeating Palatka and Peniel Baptist in a Sept. 21 boys golf match in Palatka.

The Indians finished with a score of 157, which put them 20 strokes ahead of Palatka and 85 strokes ahead of Peniel Baptist.

Alex Addington finished behind medalist Cayden Annis of Palatka, making par on seven holes for a score of 37. Shepherd Rozier, who made par on four holes, placed third with a score of 39, while Nick Binet, who made par on five holes, was fourth with a score of 40.

Kenneth Guy and Ty Mitzel each shot a 41 to tie for fifth. Guy made par on four holes, while Mitzel made par on three.

Logan Spence, who made par on two holes, had an eighth-place score of 46.
