MELROSE—Santa Fe Title Company in Melrose, held an open house celebrating its new location on State Road 21 between Melrose and Keystone Heights. The business formally operated in an office on South Lawrence Boulevard in Keystone Heights.
Owner Amber Castelvecchi said the last 12 months have been a whirlwind for her new enterprise.
“So, not even a year ago in August, I enrolled in title school,” Castelvecchi recalled during the event. “I went to title school in October, got my license in November, got appointed by an underwriter in January, opened the doors in February, and have not had less than eight closings a month since.”
Realtor Daniel Sheppard of Florida Homes and Realty said at the open house that he has been pleased with the services Castelvecchi delivers.
“I’ve used Amber quite a few times,” he said. “She knows her stuff to a T. She’s very personable. She makes the closing process really easy.”
