KEYSTONE HEIGHTS— Outgoing Rotary Club President Richard Segall named Ginger Lee the club’s 2022-2023 Rotarian of the Year during the group’s annual officer installation meeting at Santa Fe Lake.

Segall said the award is not necessarily for the most visible club member but for the Rotarian who significantly contributes to the club’s mission.

Lee, a manager at Capital City Bank in Keystone Heights, took over the publication of the club’s newsletter: The Keynoter, after the prior editor moved out of the area.

She also organized the club’s silent auction and its float in the upcoming Our Country Day Parade.

Also, during the meeting, Rotary District 6970 Area Governor Scott Kornegay swore in the club’s 2023-2024 officers, which are President Heather Davis, Sergeant-at-Arms Branden Waters, Secretary Ginger Lee, Treasurer Shelley Gibbs, and Past President Richard Segall.
