Notice is given that the following permit was issued on March 28th,2025:
(Name and address of applicant) Clay County Board of Commissioners – 477 Houston Street Green Cove Springs, Fl. 32043 permit# 232368-1. The project is located in Clay and Bradford County, Section 0, Township 8S South, Range 23E East. The permit authorizes a surface water management system on 2,392.73 acres for construction and Operation pursuant to Chapter 62-330.474, F.A.C., known as the Lake Geneva Restoration Project. The receiving water body is _Lake Geneva_.
A person whose substantial interests are or may be affected has the right to request an administrative hearing by filing a written petition with the St. Johns River Water Management District (District). Pursuant to Chapter 28-106 and Rule 40C-1.1007, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), the petition must be filed (received) either by delivery at the office of the District Clerk at District Headquarters, P.O.
