STARKE—The State Attorney’s Office dropped criminal traffic charges against eight defendants.
James Randall Carlton II, 34, Ernesto Hernandez Regaldo, 22, Levi William Stanley, 23, Brianna Raycine Denman, 31, Oscar Sanchez, 36, Richard Jermaine Martin, 36, and Idelsi Carolina Paz Amaya, 40, had all been charged with driving with no driver’s license or driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Travis Tyrone Desue, 33, had been accused of leaving the scene of an accident involving property damage on August 10. During his arraignment on Sept. 5, the State announced it was not pursuing the charge.
