In March, O’Reilly Automotive Stores Inc. purchased a 0.929-acre lot with an 8,736-square-foot building at 817 East Main Street in Lake Butler.

The Missouri-based auto parts store, which has over 6,000 locations in the U.S. and Puerto Rico, paid $900,000 for the former Dollar General building across Main Street from Lake Butler Hospital.

According to Union County Property Appraiser and Clerk records, the seller, Terravest Group L.L.C., with owners Paula G. Webb and Pamela B. Howard acquired the property in 2013 from T.E. Properties for $317,000.
