As part of the Florida Department of Transportation’s Starke Railroad Overpass Interchange Improvements project, Monday, Jan. 29 through Friday, Feb. 9, overnight asphalt paving operations will be taking place, weather and unforeseen circumstances permitting.
During this time period, operations will take place on multiple areas: State Road 100, eastbound and westbound frontage roads, South, Walnut, Thompson, Church and Cherry streets and other areas. During construction activities, there will be lane closures, closures with detours and flagging operations.
Road closures and detours will be utilized between the hours of 8 p.m. and 6 a.m., motorists should follow posted detours during these times.
