Bradford and Keystone Heights high school basketball players and coaches attended a Dec. 7 event at First Baptist Church of Keystone Heights that featured former University of Florida basketball player Patric Young. Young, who played for the Gators from 2010-11 through 2013-14, preached during the morning service and then joined youth for lunch and a Q-and-A session. Paralyzed from the waist down after being involved in a single-vehicle accident, Young is the founder of the Patric Young Foundation, which provides financial, emotional and physical support in helping those with life-altering injuries reclaim their lives.
