Masonic Charities of Florida Inc. closed on two parcels on November 1 for $450,000. One 0.9-acre parcel fronts U.S. 301 north of Mosely Tire.
The second parcel is directly behind the first. Both sites are vacant, although the U.S. 301 site at one point hosted Solar Controller. A sign in front of the land fronting 301 indicates that a car wash will soon be constructed on the site.
The buyer is Woodall & Sons LLC of Albany, Georgia.
