STARKE—Twenty-six of the 33 lots offered for sale off County Road 235 north of State Road 100 near the Union County line have been sold after being on the market for around one month.
A website for the Ranches at New River advertised a one-day sale on December 9, offering 10-acre lots for $99,900.
