The following individuals were arrested recently by local law enforcement officers in Bradford, Union or Clay (Keystone Heights-area) counties. All defendants are considered innocent until convicted in a court or until pleading guilty or no contest. Information in this report is from law enforcement agencies and court documents, which are public records.
Bradford
Aaron Anthony Akridge, 25, of Keystone Heights was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 5 for DUI.
Angela Denise Allen, 48, of Jacksonville was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 6 for DUI and possession of cocaine.
Valerie Ann Ayers, 30, of Keystone Heights was arrested by Bradford deputies and Game and Fish officers on March 6 for possession of drugs, possession of drug equipment, smuggling contraband into a correctional facility and resisting an officer.
Rebecca Lea Baker, 36, of Lawtey was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 9 for a probation violation.
Timothy Diedre Bean, 67, of Jacksonville was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 7 for an out-of-county warrant.
Rachel Leigh Blanchard, 34, of Gainesville was arrested by Starke police on March 8 for an out-of-county warrant.
Alton James Boles, 71, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 6 for aggravated assault.
Rivas Marvin Omar Castro, 40, of Tampa was arrested by Lawtey police on March 10 for driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Robert Dewayne Doughman, 45, of Raiford was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 6 for DUI.
Russell Allen Elixson, 30, of Lake Butler was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 6 for contempt of court.
Devin Shane Griffis, 31, of Starke was arrested by Game and Fish officers for attaching a tag not assigned to a vehicle, driving with a suspended or revoked license, violating water resource laws and an out-of-county warrant.
According to an arrest report, a Game and Fish officer was patrolling the Sampson Lake area where he found a vehicle parked in an unauthorized location at a boat ramp. The tag on the red, Ford Mustang was not assigned to that car. The officer wrote that he could find no one near the vehicle.
An hour-and-a-half later, the officer spotted the Mustang travelling on Southwest 75th Avenue and attempted a traffic stop. While fleeing, the Mustang left the road and became stuck in a ditch. The two occupants, later identified as Devin Shane Griffis and Valerie Ann Ayers, ran into the woods. An hour later officers located Griffis and an hour-and-a-half after Griffis was found, officers arrested Ayers.
Antonyo James Hatch, 40, of Jacksonville was arrested by Starke police on March 7 for vehicle theft.
Michael Shane Beeman Hatch, 30, of Keystone Heights was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 8 for conditional release violations.
Courtney Rashard Kelly, 23, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 6 for resisting an officer, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and an out-of-county warrant.
Kirstyn Jade Key, 22, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 11 for battery.
Lindsey Kirkman, 26, of Starke was arrested by Starke police on March 8 for an out-of-county warrant.
Ashley Jean McCoy, 35, of Lake Butler was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 6 for vehicle theft.
N’crisha Tiara McCutchen, 33, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies for probation violations and conspiracy to commit a life or first-degree felony.
Valerie Vanessa McCutchen, 59, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 5 for conspiracy to commit a life or first-degree felony.
Nesaw B. Merriweather, 28, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 5 for resisting an officer and disturbing the peace.
Crystal M. Newham, 41, of Starke was arrested by Starke police on March 9 for an out-of-county warrant.
Kimberly Lynn Padgett, 41, of Hampton was arrested by Bradford deputies for a probation violation.
Anthony Gerard Philips, 58, of Melrose was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 5 for DUI.
Tabitha L. Phillips, 35, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 11 for contempt of court.
George Washington Ladell Robinson, 61, of Newberry was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 8 for a probation violation.
James Luther Sanders, 38, of Starke was arrested by Starke police and Bradford deputies on March 10 for possession of drugs.
Monte Seabrook Jr., 27, of Starke was arrested by Starke police on March 5 for aggravated battery and disturbing the peace.
According to an arrest report the defendant told officers he went to the victim’s house to lift weights and a verbal altercation ensued. The defendant said he thought he was going to get jumped so he went back to his apartment, grabbed a knife and returned to the victim’s residence where the argument continued.
When police arrived, a witness disarmed the defendant.
Joshua Ethan Wilkerson, 33, of Lawtey was arrested by Bradford deputies on March 5 for possession of drugs, possession of drug equipment and a probation violation.
Union
Jonathan Christopher Culverson, 29, of Raiford was arrested by Union deputies on March 7 for domestic battery by strangulation, false imprisonment and resisting an officer.
Ashliana Marie Desposito, 30, of Ft. White was arrested by Union deputies on March 5 for an out-of-county warrant.
De’andre Mickel Owens, 20, of Orlando was arrested by Union deputies on March 9 for a probation violation.
Brian Anthony Stalnaker, 34, of Lake City was arrested by Union deputies on March 11 for domestic battery by strangulation and child cruelty.
Jason Gardner Wall, 42, of Bell was arrested by Union deputies on March 9 for being an out-of-state fugitive.
Frederick L. Williams, 52, of Glen St. Mary was arrested by Union deputies on March 7 for a probation violation.
Clay
Pamela Lee Easter, 21, was arrested by Clay deputies in Keystone Heights on March 7 for domestic battery.
Norman Alexander Emanuel, 30, was arrested by Clay deputies in Keystone Heights on March 10 for trafficking in methamphetamine and trafficking in fentanyl.
Caitlin Teresa O’Brien, 33, was arrested by Clay deputies in Keystone Heights on March 10 for battery on a person aged 65 or older.
Kimberly Faye Osborne, 47, of Keystone Heights was arrested by Clay deputies in Keystone Heights on March 7 for possession of fentanyl, possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug equipment.
Rebecca Lynn Reynolds, 23, was arrested by Clay deputies in Keystone Heights on March 10 for trafficking in methamphetamine and trafficking in fentanyl.
Tracy Deland Viddler, 46, was arrested by Clay deputies in Keystone Heights on March 8 for aggravated battery.
