Recent arrests in Bradford, Union and Clay

The following individuals were arrested recently by local law enforcement officers in Bradford, Union, or Clay (Keystone Heights-area) counties. All defendants are considered innocent until convicted in a court or until pleading guilty or no contest. Information in this report is from law enforcement agencies and court documents, which are public records.

Bradford

Nathaniel Harrison Cercy, 19, of Jacksonville, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 3 for petit theft.

Clarence Edward Desue, 52, of Starke, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 6 for battery.

Marquel C Fimple, 21, of Jacksonville, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 4 for petit theft and use of an anti-shoplifting countermeasure device.

Jason Samuel Fishbourne, 37, of Holiday, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 1 for a moving traffic violation.

Torrance Larmont Flowers, 54, of Orange Park, was arrested by FHP troopers on November 7 for DUI.

Kerri Joanne Hall, 33, of Lawtey, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 5 for an out-of-county warrant.

Quantavion Corey Harris, 25, of Gainesville, was arrested by Lawtey police on November 5 for a moving traffic violation, making a false report, and out-of-county warrants.

Wife of fired detention deputy uncovers additional thefts

Francis William-Rashad Highland, 37, of Starke, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 4 for larceny and fraud-swindle.

According to court papers, after the defendant, a fired Bradford County Sheriff’s Office detention deputy, was arrested on October 29 for stealing jail funds from an ICE detainee, his wife discovered prepaid debit cards in his belongings.

She contacted the sheriff’s office, and investigators traced the debit cards to three former inmates of the jail.

Detective Hunter Redding wrote that Highland stole $5 from a North Carolina man, $74.07 from a Brooker woman and $192.35 from a Jacksonville man.

Thomas Adam-John Hill, 42, of Starke, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 2 for possession of a weapon by a felon.

Alana Nicole James, 35, of Gainesville, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 3 for a probation violation.

Anthony Loyde Johnson, 26, of Starke, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 6 for possession of a controlled substance and drug equipment.

Gary Allen Jones, 33, of Starke, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 5 for sexual assault.

Amanda Marie Kruk, 43, of Starke, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 1 for battery.

Charles Edward Kulbacki, 38, of Starke, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 7 for failure to appear.

Richard Hadden Lamb, 30, of Oakfield, Georgia, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 7 for an out-of-county warrant.

Amos Daniel Lamoree, 49, of Starke, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 4 for withholding support.

Elder Reginaldo Lopez Cuxum, 22, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 2 for a moving traffic violation.

Mario Arkill McClain, 46, of Gainesville, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 7 for a probation violation.

Daniel John Meyer, 64, of Saint Petersburg, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 2 for a moving traffic violation.

Ronald Oneal Mills, 57, of Lawtey, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 5 for an out-of-county warrant.

Ja’Quez Deshondre Mosley, 25, of Starke, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 4 for discharging firearms in public, neglect of a child, aggravated assault with a weapon, battery, and resisting an officer.

Adam Lee Nelson, 28, of Pensacola, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 4 for a probation violation

Brittany Anne Sheline, 31, of Starke, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 3 for battery.

Debra Ann Wesley, 66, of Starke, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 6 for DUI, neglect of a child, and resisting an officer.

Travis Wayne Westberry, 34, of Melrose, was arrested by FHP troopers on November 6 for DUI and by Bradford deputies for a probation violation.

Andrew Brett Wiseman, 28, of Starke, was arrested by Bradford deputies on November 3 for failure to appear.

Union

Hunter Dianne Fowler, 32, of Hampton, was arrested by Union deputies on November 9 for an out-of-county warrant.

Tony Hodges, 67, of Lake Butler, was arrested by Union deputies on November 9 for battery.

James Calvin Todd Jr., 32, of Lake Butler, was arrested by Union deputies on November 5 for a probation violation.

Jefferey Emil Underwood, 42, of Trenton, was arrested by Union deputies on November 4 for conditional release violations.

Clay

Macklane Lawson Edenfield, 22, of Keystone Heights, was arrested by Clay deputies on November 1 for assault and battery during a burglary and simple battery.

Zachary Dustin Hurt, 24, of Keystone Heights, was arrested by Clay deputies on November 6 for domestic battery.

James Edwin Jones, 52, of Keystone Heights, was arrested by Clay deputies on November 5 for domestic battery.

22-year-old arrested for 10 counts of possession of child pornography

Tyler Michael Roberts, 22, of Keystone Heights, was arrested by Clay deputies on November 6 for possessing, controlling, or viewing depictions of child sexual conduct.

According to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, a SWAT team served a search warrant at a home on West Osceola Court in Keystone Heights, and the occupants were interviewed by Internet Crimes Against Children detectives while the residence was processed for evidence. As a result of the investigation, probable cause was developed to arrest one of the occupants, Roberts, for 10 counts of knowingly possessing and intentionally viewing child sexual abuse material.
