The following individuals were arrested recently by local law enforcement officers in Bradford, Union or Clay (Keystone Heights-area) counties. All defendants are considered innocent until convicted in a court or until pleading guilty or no contest. Bradford
Raymond Leroy Addison, 47, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on Aug. 6 for an out-of-county warrant.
Jennifer Anciletta Moniq Bass, 36, of Starke was arrested by Starke police on Aug. 9 for battery and criminal mischief with property damage.
Kasey Randall Brooks, 25, of Keystone Heights was arrested by Bradford deputies on Aug. 6 for DUI.
Missing phone charger
Tiffany Clark Ford, 49, of Starke was arrested by Starke police on Aug. 12 for battery.
According to an arrest report, the defendant became angry over a missing phone charger and hit a family member with an open hand to the victim’s chest.
“While speaking with the victim,” wrote arresting officer Michael Rooney in the report, “I observed a red handprint with slight swelling on his chest.”
The defendant told Rooney that during the argument over the charger, the victim “got in her personal space and put a finger in her face.”
“Ford stated she then struck (the victim) in the chest,” wrote Rooney. “Ford advised after she struck (the victim) he pushed her.”
Cornelius Demetrius Greene, 47, of Gainesville was arrested by Starke police on Aug. 6 for driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Calvin Hankerson, 64, of Starke was arrested by Starke police on Aug. 10 for a probation violation.
Daphene Kedron Johnson, 29, of Gainesville was arrested by Bradford deputies on Aug. 12 for failure to appear.
Angela Maria Dawn Maddix, 34, of Starke was arrested by Starke police on Aug. 7 for vehicle theft and larceny.
Joseph Michael Morales, 36, of Starke was arrested by Starke police on Aug. 6 for sexual assault.
Angela Elizabeth Smith, 37, of Lake Butler was arrested by Bradford deputies on Aug. 12 for a probation violation.
Miranda Jean Varnum, 43, of Hampton was arrested by Bradford deputies on Aug. 9 for a probation violation.

Kenneth Benson Brock, 57, of Keystone Heights was arrested by Clay deputies on Aug. 6 for abuse of the elderly or disabled.
Sean Martin Paul Cascanet, 31, of Keystone Heights was arrested by Clay deputies on Aug. 9 for violating an injunction by coming within 500 feet of a victim’s residence, school or employment.
Eric Hall, 44, of Keystone Heights was arrested by Clay deputies on Aug. 10 for being a fugitive from justice.
Timothy Allan Harp, 63, of Keystone Heights was arrested by Clay deputies on Aug. 11 for arson.
Karen Rae Parks, 58, of Melrose was arrested by Clay deputies on Aug. 7 for driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Keith Lavan Smith, 29, of Keystone Heights was arrested by Clay deputies on Aug. 7 for driving with a suspended or revoked license.
