The following individuals were arrested recently by local law enforcement officers in Bradford, Union or Clay (Keystone Heights-area) counties. All defendants are considered innocent until convicted in a court or until pleading guilty or no contest. Information in this report is from law enforcement agencies and court documents, which are public records.
Bradford
Raymond Antonio Cepeda, 38, of Brooker was arrested by Bradford deputies on Oct. 7 for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and driving with a suspended or revoked license- habitual offender.
Detron Jefentae Green, 24, of Starke was arrested by Starke police on Oct. 8 for carrying a prohibited weapon.
New charges, bond revoked
La’Tavis Damario Jacobs, 19, of Pomona Park was arrested by Bradford deputies on Oct. 3 for the June 2 offenses of aggravated assault without intent to kill and carrying a concealed weapon.
The defendant was first arrested by Starke police on June 2 after three witnesses said that during an argument, Jacobs pulled up his shirt to reveal a weapon.
The witnesses told police that Jacobs threw the gun into a wooded area as law enforcement arrived, and officers later found the .22-caliber Palmetto State handgun in the woods.
The defendant was released on bond following his arrest, but a judge revoked his bond and issued an arrest warrant after Jacobs was arrested in Putnam County for check forgery.
Rhonda Cason Johns, 55, of Hampton was arrested on Oct. 6 for an out-of-county warrant.
Priscilla Ann Lowe, 41, of Hampton was arrested on Oct. 4 for domestic battery.
Robert Wayne Montgomery, 45, of Gainesville was arrested on Oct. 1 for an out-of-county warrant.
Seth Micah Norviel, 44, of Starke was arrested by Bradford deputies on Oct. 6 for battery.
Timothy Evan O’Neal, 20, of Starke was arrested by Starke Police on Oct. 8 for driving with a suspended or revoked license.
Jon Paul Shaver, 57, of Keystone Heights was arrested by Bradford deputies on Oct. 6 for larceny, and burglary.
Jeffery Charles Sipprell, 33, of Starke was arrested by Starke police on Oct. 5 for a probation violation.
Mason Luis Soto, 22, of Lawtey was arrested on Oct. 1 for an out-of-county warrant.
Charvonta Dashawn Wingfield, 22, of Jacksonville was arrested by Bradford deputies on Oct. 3 for a probation violation.
Union
Winter Song Cutter, 20, was arrested by Union deputies on Oct. 4 for an out-of-county warrant.
Edward Grimmage Jr., 36, of Jacksonville was arrested by Union deputies on Oct. 4 for a probation violation.
Johnny Raymond Kimble, 46, of Lake Butler was arrested by Union deputies on Oct. 7 for an out-of-county warrant.
Casandra Pagan, 36, of Gainesville was arrested by Union deputies on Oct. 6 for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of narcotics equipment.
Jimmie Lowvonzer Tyson, 44, of Starke was arrested by Union deputies on Oct. 4 for a probation violation.
Clay
William Joseph Aviles, 43, of Keystone Heights was arrested by Clay deputies on Oct. 3 for non-support.
Jamie Francis Mallett, 20, of Keystone Heights was arrested by Clay deputies on Oct. 6 for armed burglary.
Ariana Nekole Durr, 24, of Starke was arrested by Clay deputies on Oct. 6 for engaging in a romantic relationship with a 16-year-old while serving as an authority figure.
