Union County Library Director Priti McNutt led a “getting-to-know-you” session at the Mary C. Brown Library’s Senior Social on Tuesday, February 25.

After an ice-breaking activity, “Where’s Grandma?” where participants pinpointed geographic spots within the U.S., the library director asked a series of questions for the six participants to talk about, like “What is your fondest childhood memory?”

That question led to a discussion of the creativity of the only child.

One participant said she was born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and gets a kick out of telling new friends she was born in Bethlehem.

In response to the question, “What is your greatest achievement?” McNutt said her 20-year trek of earning a master’s degree was her most significant accomplishment.

The library director said the group has been meeting since 2022 and now meets twice a month.
