STARKE— Larry Graham Jr. was convicted by a Bradford County Jury in May of lewd and lascivious molestation on a person under 12 years of age by a person 18 or older, lewd and lascivious molestation on a person 12 years of age or older but under 16 years of age by a person 18 or older and showing obscene material to a minor.
On June 8 Circuit Judge James M. Colaw sentenced Graham to 30 years in prison for the offenses.
During the investigation into the offenses, the victim described incidences where Graham groped her buttocks and breasts and on one occasion held her down to remove her undergarments in order to assault her. The victim added that she fought the defendant off and he later apologized to her.
