STARKE— A new partnership formed last month has acquired Starke’s KOA campground for $1.6 million.
With an address at a New York real estate investment and management firm, Starke RV Resort, LLC sold the 32 acres consisting of two parcels for $1,638,750 on November 13.
The buyer: Starke RV, LLC. lists a Broward County CPA firm as its address, with the director of operations of the accounting firm listed as the partnership’s registered agent. The entity’s other partners appear to be South Florida investors.
John A. Steffen Jr. and Deborah Steffen sold the park to Starke RV Resort, LLC in 2016 for $2 million. The Steffens purchased the property from Raymond and Vivian Rignola in 1999 for $950,000.
