To state and beyond

On April 1, Bradford JROTC Tornado Battalion qualified to go to the State Drill Meet in the following events: Platoon Armed and Unarmed Regulation Drill, Platoon Armed Exhibition Drill, Female Competitive Color Guard, and two Male and two Female Solo Drill routines and both Dual Male and Female Exhibition Drill routines. The qualifying cadets included C/1LT Monique Burr, C/CPT Jaleel Easley, C/CSM Kailyn Gaudette, C/MAJ John Hendricks, C/CPT Brianna Isaacs, C/CPT Hagen Kadlec, C/LTC Andrew King, C/1LT Lysa McKenzie, C/1LT Madison Miller, C/SSG Yondel Morales, C/SFC McKaylah Mullen, C/CPT Tyler Shaffer, C/CPT Noah Stoehr and C/PFC Bryson White.
These JROTC drill cadets head off on April 15 to Lakeland to compete in the State Drill Meet against other JROTC programs from around Florida. This is the second year in a row Bradford Tornado JROTC Drill Team has qualified to go to the State Drill Meet. Additionally, on May 6 and 7, the Bradford Drill team will compete in the National All Service Drill Meet in Daytona, competing with schools from around the world. This will be their second year competing at Nationals.
