Bradford High School’s cross-country runners participated in the third annual Run with the Devils in Jacksonville on Sept. 18, with girls runner Amber Toothaker placing eighth out of 42.
Toothaker had a time of 26:31. She was joined in the girls race by teammate Anna Adkins, who ran a 16th-place time of 27:49.
Bradford was led in the boys race by Blayne Orton, who placed 17th out of 54 with a time of 21:05. Teammate Brendan George ran 21:42 to place 22nd.
The Tornadoes also had the following boys results: Liam Reeves 23:38, Jensen Shuford 23:52, Kolson Lee 24:05 and Holden Kobularcik 24:34.
Bradford’s Zane Degroat ran in the junior varsity boys race, finishing with a time of 28:12.
