Bradford High School’s softball team was held to four hits against the 15th-ranked team in Class 4A, losing 11-1 to host Clay on April 14.
The Class 3A Tornadoes (7-8) scored their lone run in the top of the fifth when Regan Adams doubled and scored on a Kingslee Phillips ground out.
Keegan Yowell, who also hit a double, batted 2 for 3.
Bradford plays at Eastside on Tuesday, April 15, at 6:30 p.m. and will host P.K. Yonge on Wednesday, April 16, at 7 p.m. The Tornadoes travel to play Buchholz on Monday, April 21, at 6:30 p.m. and then return home to play Keystone Heights on Tuesday, April 22, at 6 p.m.
On Wednesday, April 23, Bradford travels to play Newberry at 6 p.m.
