A 45-year-old Bradford County man was arrested after he fired a rifle round over the heads of two neighbors, and the victims’ surveillance video recorded the act.
Daniel Ray Brown was arrested by Bradford deputies on Monday, November 6, for improper exhibition of a firearm, firing a weapon in public or a residential area, and aggravated assault.
According to an arrest report, the defendant rushed into his home from the front porch after hearing his mother and his mother’s tenants, who are also the defendant’s neighbors, arguing. The victims told deputies that after one victim stated the landlord was not worth talking to, her son jumped up and exclaimed: “Y’all done (expletive deleted) up now,” and retreated into the home, emerging seconds later with the weapon.
