KEYSTONE HEIGHTS— Santa Claus and Buddy the Elf joined Clay County Sheriff Michelle Cook at the Keystone Beach Pavilion for a pancake breakfast on Saturday, Nov. 27.
The Clay County Chamber of Commerce’s Lake Region Prosperity Partners sponsored the event.
