Indians defeat Country Day, Ridgeview, move to 7-0

Keystone Heights High School’s boys golf team improved to 7-0, defeating Ridgeview and St. Johns Country Day in an Aug. 28 home match.

The Indians had a team score of 160, which was 15 strokes better than Country Day and 16 strokes better than Ridgeview.

Connor Guy, who had two birdies and shot par on five holes, finished as medalist with a score of 37. Alex Addington, who had a birdie and made par on four holes, shot a third-place score of 39.

Nick Binet and Ty Mitzel each shot 42 to tie for sixth. Each made par on four holes, with Binet also making a birdie.

Jacob Beach shot par on four holes to place eighth with a score of 44, while Shepherd Rozier, who shot par on two holes, placed 12th with a score of 47.
