Tyler James Goad, 33, of Starke, was arrested by Bradford deputies on May 21 for battery.
According to an arrest report, while deputies were en route, dispatch received a call from a man who said Goad was “beating a woman on live stream.” A second anonymous caller reported the same thing, the officer wrote. Goad then told dispatch the woman might need EMS “because of how hard he hit her with a closed fist.”
