The situation escalated further when Riviere allegedly grabbed the victim by both upper arms and shoulders, forcefully pushing her toward the kitchen counter multiple times, causing visible injuries.
“He threw (the phone) on the floor. Once the victim stood up, Riviere grabbed her by both of her upper arms/shoulders and forcefully pushed her towards the kitchen counter, where she was slammed back against the counter approximately four to five times,” the report detailed.
